The film shows two women in a swimming pool training synchronized swimming. We see only their lean and healthy legs out of the water, performing the choreography. After finishing, they come out of the water and we see that they are two elderly ladies. In their bags we see the package of Antistax and then enter the concept: 'Keep your legs always healthy'.
