On October 10th, the World Day against the death penalty, 200 calendars were sent to the press, politicians in Germany and in the USA, especially to Governors of States where executions occurred in 2006. Another 700 were sent (and sometimes given in person) to the condemned, their families and lawyers.</p> <p>The response from the media (e.g. BILD from 16.11.2006), families, lawyers and most especially from the condemned, for exceeded expectations. I know that my life lies in the hands of others and they will decide when it’ll be over"</p>
