TORKE project for Lisbon's City Hall and its Urban Art Gallery, that began in 2011 and its still ongoing. To reach out Lisbon citizens, and to prove that urban art could change people's perception towards recycling, as well keeping historic heritage clean of vandalism, the challenge was issued to street artists to showcase their art in 400 bottle recycling containers and 10 trash trucks. The results were amazing, with over 3000 art submissions from writers to common citizens.
