In A Place Post wrapped up 2011 with the completion of its first 3D music video for Justin Biebers Christmas single, Santa Clause Is Coming To Town. The jovial video was released worldwide in line with the Christmas feature film Arthur Christmas, and featured the pop sensation helping Santa out in his workshop with a creative array of break-dancers, mechanical toys and of course, Santas elves. With color correction by Milton Adamou and online editorial by Augustine Arredondo of In A Place Post, the 3D music video vibrantly chronicled Biebers laborious efforts in Santas workshop to activate all of the life-like toys, which eventually awakened and danced alongside Bieber and his little helpers. The video was shot with Red Epics paired with Zeiss Ultra Prime lenses and colored with a Steampunk Look a cool, shadowy image with glowing highlights and red costumes bleeding through. Other recent In A Place Post projects last fall included color correction on a viral 90s-inspired spoof featuring Miles Fisher of Final Destination 5 paying homage to the TV series Saved by the Bell, as well as postproduction on Dragonslayer, a documentary directed by Tristan Patterson. In A Place Post also worked on an epic World of Tanks trailer, which highlighted the games stunning CG. The In a Place Post team is currently in the midst of an extensive Red Bull commercial campaign, breaking soon.
