Directing collective weareflink create a paper play for Skoda Weareflink, who are signed to Independent in the UK (www.independ.net), have directed a beautiful new animation for the website of international car giant Skoda. Created for use by the company's human resource department, the film is an engaging demonstration of Skoda's commitment to its people, making full use of weareflink's expertise in both live action and animation techniques. The opening shot of an applicant preparing his CV sets the scene and weareflink then use the CG pages of the CV to construct and animate a paper world that eloquently tells the story of an employee at Skoda and illustrates the very real benefits the company offers in this gorgeously imagined environment. Iconic landmarks form a backdrop for the paper people playing out productive roles at Skoda and perfectly illustrate both the global reach and huge range of opportunities that the company offers. A final shot of the applicant concluding a successful interview provides a final note of positivity. Weareflink said, “We loved the idea that an applicant would find himself in his own curriculum vitae, imaging his own future and possibilities.”
